InterCare is searching for a full-time Human Resources Manager to join their team. The HR Manager will oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including payroll oversight, benefits administration, and recruitment operations. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of HR leadership experience, and proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advance degree and/or HR certification preferred
- Minimum of 3-years of HR leadership experience in a health center, hospital, or professional services environment
- Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy development
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach
- Ability to influence and build relationships on all levels
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
