Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our 130-bed facility in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a focus on ADL training, chronic pain management, falls and balance, dysphagia, and seating and positioning.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in Georgia
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in electronic documentation
