Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical knowledge, leadership, and feedback to promote the success of client cases. The role involves supervising a team, providing direct services to clients, and overseeing client progress and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- BCBA certification
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred
