Director, People Operations (Sacramento, CA)

As Director of People Operations, you will be at the heart of our high-impact work, shaping the employee journey for our 1500+ passionate team members across multiple states. You will lead initiatives that elevate our culture of excellence while ensuring seamless operations in a fast-growing behavioral health organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or mission-driven organizations
• Expertise in Total Rewards including Compensation and Benefits design, Job Leveling/Architecture, Incentive design and ongoing administration
• Tech Savvy including HCM systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Lattice or similar) and AI enablement skills
• Data analytics and insights
• Leadership Development including high feedback, player/coach, and competency development
• Talent Management design including career mapping and workforce management strategies
• Strategic, hands-on Human Resources Business Partnership with proven abilities in coaching, team member relations, and conflict resolution
