Job Description
Intercare Therapy is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote BCBA. The role requires designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism
- Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
