Product Engineer

Intercom is seeking a Product Engineer to join their multidisciplinary product team. The successful candidate will develop technical plans, write Ruby code, and contribute to the technical architecture as the company scales its products to serve tens of millions of people. The role requires 2+ years of industry experience in software engineering, deep knowledge of a high-level programming language, and experience collaborating with product teams and designers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (for example, Ruby, Python, Javascript etc.)
• Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers, and a proven track record of delivering value to customers or users
• Experience with Distributed systems
