Job Description
Intercom is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD) team. This role focuses on AI-powered internal tools that enhance Sales and Success workflows by automating tasks, generating insights, and creating personalized outreach. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, data-driven, and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Requirements
- Proven track record of applied data science with measurable impact (e.g., conversion, cycle time, retention).
- Experience with LLM/ML application experience, RAG, prompt design, and vector search.
- Excellent SQL and Python/R skills.
- Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., DBT, Airflow).
