Intercom is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Research, Analytics & Data Science team. The role involves designing, evaluating, and shipping AI-powered internal tools for GTM use cases, including account research & summaries, next-best-action recommendations, and more. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of applied data science with measurable GTM impact, LLM/ML application experience, and excellent SQL skills.
Requirements
