Staff Product Engineer, AI

Intercom is looking for Staff Product Engineers to join the AI Group to build Intercom's AI-powered products. Product Engineers work closely with ML Scientists and product teams to define new ML features and rapidly get prototypes in customers' hands.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping high-quality products
• No ML experience required
• Strong technical fundamentals
• BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics or related discipline
• Previous experience in data analytics, or statistical role
