Requirements

• Active CNA/MA/PCA Certification from the State of Connecticut (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to patient care.
• Computer literacy and typing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
