Job Description
We are building a new D2C Fashion Brand - strategically, modern, and with a clear growth vision. We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded person who markets brands, structures them, and makes them scalable.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in building or scaling a D2C brand (ideally fashion, beauty, or lifestyle)
- Experience with e-commerce (e.g. Shopify) and performance marketing
- Understanding of sourcing, production processes, and calculation
- Safe handling of KPIs like ROAS, conversion rate, and contribution margin
- Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working method
- Ability to strategically steer external partners
- Hands-on mentality and high personal responsibility
