We are looking for a reliable, communicative, and engaged IT support specialist in the 1st & 2nd level to provide technical solutions and empathetic support to employees.

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in IT support, preferably in the 1st & 2nd level
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Teams, Outlook)
• Fluent German skills in word and writing, good English skills are a plus
