IT - Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer who not only operates but also thinks, shapes, and builds. You will be responsible for critical IT infrastructures and modern cloud environments.

Requirements

• Operation, development, and hardening of Microsoft 365-, Azure-, and Windows-infrastructure
• Responsibility for Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams (including phone systems) and tenant configuration
• Administration of classic Windows server environments (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Fileservices)
• Planning and operation of network and security infrastructures (VLAN, VPN, firewalls, PKI)
• Ensuring backup, virtualization, and VDI solutions (Veeam, ESXi/Proxmox, Citrix)
• Active participation in security measures, audits, and hardening concepts
• Documentation, automation, and structured operation with modern tools
• Several years of experience in operating complex IT infrastructures
• Deep practice in Microsoft and cloud technologies
• Excellent understanding of network, security, and identity management
• Solid Linux knowledge in server administration
