Job Description
Our client is a successful machine building company seeking an ERP Administrator to connect IT expertise with a deep understanding of machine building processes and drive digitalization and process optimization.
Requirements
- Administration and maintenance of the ERP system
- Ensuring system availability and optimizing performance
- Performing regular system updates and patches, as well as adapting and developing interfaces to other systems
- Monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation
- User management, role assignment, and creation of role and permission concepts
- Adapting and configuring ERP software according to the requirements of specialist departments
- Supporting the implementation of new modules and functions
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Collaborating with external service providers and solving technical problems
- Training and supporting end-users in the use of the ERP system
