- Analysis, optimization, and redesign of business processes
- Independent development of solution concepts
- Leadership of projects
- Consultation on ERP module selection

- Creation of project documentation
- Completed studies in business informatics or computer science
- Practical experience in project and change management
- In-depth understanding of business processes
