Requirements

• Analysis, optimization, and redesign of business processes in various company departments
• Development of solution concepts and close coordination with management and the owner family
• Leadership of projects and coordination of implementation teams and external service providers
• Advice on selection and introduction of suitable ERP modules
• Support and care of users during and after implementation of new processes and systems
• Creation of project documentation, evaluations, and reports for project management and management
