Job Description
We are seeking a motivated ERP Controller to join a family-run, internationally operating mid-sized company in Koblenz, Germany. The successful candidate will have several years of controlling experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach. The role involves developing and operational management of global management and sales reporting, close collaboration with sales and product management, and ensuring consistent data quality and development of reporting processes from ERP, CRM, and BI systems.
Requirements
- Several years of controlling experience of at least 3-5 years, ideally in internationally operating production companies
- Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, and result focus
- Safe handling of Excel, BI solutions (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central)
- Negotiable German and English knowledge
- Team player with high self-initiative, communication strength, and flexibility in international projects
