Requirements

• Take care of the administration of internal and external Linux systems
• Trouble reports: receive, analyze, and find solutions in German or English
• Point of contact for customers in support: friendly, competent, solution-oriented
• Bring software to life on cruise ships: remotely or directly on site
• Optimize the operation of products in close exchange with development
• Monitor infrastructure and intervene before things get serious
• Actively support incident management
• Maintain and develop documentation
