Job Description
Our client is a large, established IT service provider seeking a Windows Administrator for its operational IT operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Office, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
Requirements
- Operation, maintenance, and further development of Windows-based IT infrastructure
- Regular maintenance, update, and documentation of IT environments
- Analysis, classification, and processing of errors, warnings, and support requests
- Concept, implementation, and operation of sustainable IT system solutions
- Monitoring of systems, as well as prioritization and correction of errors
- Coordination with suppliers and external service providers
- Conducting installations, migrations, and system transfers
- Central role as technical contact person for customers
