• Independent planning, control, and monitoring of ERP projects
• Leadership and organizational care of project teams
• Responsibility for the quality of the delivered customer solutions
• Development and adaptation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Creation of practical handbooks and guides for end-users
• Introduction of the ERP solution at the customer and training of key users and users
• Accompaniment of the productive setup (Go-Live) and subsequent consulting and support in real operation
• Support of the support department with complex technical or specialist questions
• Support of sales in presentations and customer events with technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting
