Job Description
My client in the Steel industry is looking for a qualified Fitter and Turner to join their team, requiring a minimum of 3 years' experience and CNC and CAD experience.
Requirements
- A qualified Fitter and Turner with a minimum N3 Certificate
- Completed apprenticeship with a Trade Test Certificate
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Fitter and Turner, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- CNC and CAD experience
- Must be prepared to work weekends and over time
- Experience in gearboxes, hydraulic- and pneumatic systems is advantageous
- Be pro-active and able to use own initiative
- Be prepared to work overtime and carry out standby duties on a roster basis
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times
