Job Description
The People & Culture Manager will contribute to the provision of a progressive People & Culture service that satisfies employee perceptions of a leading employer, and the operational requirements of the business with a primary focus on recruitment and selection.
Requirements
- Minimum 4yrs experience in a similar or current role or currently in this role
- Hospitality experience advantageous
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, and payroll and human resources software
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and analytically driven
