Job Description
Provide effective, efficient, and responsive administrative and secretarial services as a Personal Assistant to the Head: Assurance and Monitoring. Key responsibilities include office management, correspondence, document management, meeting management, and coordinating departmental projects.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Public Administration/Management/Office Management/Administration or related qualification
- At least 3 years' working experience as a Personal Assistant/ Secretary or in a similar environment
- Excellent working experience in MS Office
- SAP experience (added advantage)
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of the PFMA
- Attention to detail and accuracy
