Job Description
interface.ai is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic extension of the CEO, driving focus, alignment, and execution across the company. This high-impact role involves scaling the organization, shaping cross-functional priorities, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, possess a strong strategic mindset, and be able to execute quickly.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, Chief of Staff, or equivalent roles.
- Experience working as a Chief of Staff in scaling organizations during Series A–C growth stages.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work with senior executives.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- High bias for action with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Based in the Bay Area with ability to work from the office.
