Founding Recruiter – Technical Recruiting

We are building a universal banking assistant that millions of U.S. consumers can use to transact across all financial institutions and, over time, autonomously drive their financial goals.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of technical recruiting experience in a similar environment
• Demonstrated startup / scale-up experience, ideally Series B–D
• Strong domain preference with Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
• Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior technical leaders
• Self-managed, comfortable operating with ambiguity and outcome-oriented
• Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto and act as a culture carrier
