As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the success of our customer relationships, from leading quarterly business reviews to driving product expansions and renewals collaboratively with the GTM team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role
- Experience collaborating with new business Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Executive Stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, consultative approach, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
