Requirements
- Manage the agenda and priorities of the Management
- Organize meetings, travels and professional events
- Prepare presentation materials, minutes and follow-up documents
- Manage internal and external communications (emails, calls, letters)
- Ensure the follow-up of administrative and confidential files
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the flow of information
- Participate in the management and follow-up of transversal projects
- Set up and optimize administrative tools and processes
