Quality Control Manager responsible for ensuring quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance of products from raw materials to finished products.
Requirements
- Higher education in quality, agro-food, biology, or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar function, ideally in the agro-food industry/seafood transformation
- Mastery of quality and food safety reference frameworks (HACCP essential)
- Good knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements
- Rigor, analytical skills, and ability to manage priorities
- Leadership, pedagogy, and interpersonal skills
- Strong presence on the ground and ability to work in an industrial environment
