Responsable Groupe D'agences

The Group Agencies Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising Agency Directors/Managers, developing the skills of team members, and ensuring the cohesion and performance of the group agencies' teams. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for commercial management, financial management, compliance, audit, and risk management, as well as representation and territorial development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Management, Banking or equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience in the banking or financial sector
• Confirmed experience in agency management or commercial activity management
