We are looking for a talent acquisition expert to join our dynamic team at Interface. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire talent acquisition process, from attracting candidates to integrating them into the company.

Requirements

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Design attractive job postings and publish ads on various job boards.
• Source, prequalify, and evaluate candidates for various positions through interviews and evaluations.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future recruitments.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Monitor recruitment performance indicators and propose improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends to adjust our talent acquisition strategies.
