Technical Maintenance Specialist

Interface is a global flooring solutions company seeking a Technical Maintenance Specialist to provide technical flooring maintenance, training, and knowledge expertise to sales staff and customers.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in chemical and mechanical operations, as well as cleaning machines and dispensing systems in the flooring industry
• Self-motivated and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and ability to interact with people at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and data and situational analysis capabilities
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 5+ years' experience with flooring maintenance
• 5+ years' experience with flooring maintenance in the healthcare field
• Experience in project management and conflict resolution
