Job Description
Interfaith Community Services is seeking a Case Manager I to provide comprehensive support services to individuals and/or families in assigned programs. The Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and providing services to promote stability, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being. The role involves assessing client needs, developing individualized service plans, connecting clients to resources, and advocating on their behalf.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
- 1 year of work experience in a shelter, social services or nonprofit setting
- Valid CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certificate/s
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
