Licensed Vocational Nurse

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Interfaith Community Services, you will provide high-touch, community-based recuperative care services to individuals with serious and complex physical health, behavioral health and social service needs who are experiencing homelessness. You will conduct daily rounds, assess client health, and provide medication management, wound care, and education on medical conditions, self-care practices, and treatment compliance.

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted LVN license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Valid CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certificate/s
• Experience in behavioral health, community health, or residential care (preferred)
• Experience working with clients who medically fragile or experiencing homelessness (preferred)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) (preferred)
