Job Description
The Application Support Specialist will provide level 1 support for internal and external applications, ensuring the performance of applications and contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Provide level 1 support for internal client-server applications and escalate to level 2 when necessary
- Perform regular maintenance of internal and external applications
- Configure and test SSO (Single Sign-On) in new applications
- Manage user authorizations and access controls based on roles
- Ensure the Service Desk is prepared for new applications
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the technical support knowledge base and application documentation
