BBL Learner IT Helpdesk role at Intergas, working in a modern IT environment, helping colleagues with IT questions and learning about workplace management and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Following an MBO course (level 3 or 4) in the direction of ICT
- Basic knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365 and networks
- Affinity with hardware and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Accuracy and eagerness to learn
