Manager Inside Sales

We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to transform our inside sales department into a commercial force within our sales organization. The role involves leading a team of 6 FTE, developing a multi-year plan for growth and professionalization, and driving commercial activities to achieve growth in margin, volume, and turnover.

Requirements

• Higher vocational education and training level
• At least 5 years of experience in leading a team in a commercial environment
• Knowledge of commercial techniques
• Working with CRM/ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to translate data into commercial insights
• Good command of the English language

Benefits

• Salary between € 5870 and € 8367 gross based on 40 hours
