Spanish Interpreter (Monterey, CA)

This is an independent contractor position offering a flexible work schedule and ongoing opportunities as a Spanish Interpreter primarily in healthcare settings.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Demonstrated experience providing accurate, complete, and clear interpretation in medical, legal, and community settings
• Strong ability to interpret orally between Spanish and English in both directions
• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
• Combination of formal interpreter training and/or relevant professional experience
• Willingness to obtain required medical clearances, including vaccination/immunization records and background checks, as necessary
• Possession of a valid California license
