Transplant Outcome & Quality Nurse Specialist

This is a full or part time position working from the Hillsboro, OR location. The nurse will participate in all the quality and outcome initiatives associated with INTERLINK’s national Centers of Excellence transplant network program.

Requirements

• A valid RN License
• Experience using statistical methods and passion for using data-driven outcome improvement
• Experience and knowledge of the case management process
• Ability and experience in presenting and explaining data
