Job Description
Join Interlogement93 as a Social Listener and contribute to providing shelter, housing, and access to housing for people in precarious situations. As a social listener, you will ensure the welcome, information, and orientation of people calling the 115 emergency phone platform, evaluating their situation and needs, and proposing solutions or services that meet their needs.
Requirements
- Bac + 2 diploma in the field of work
- Professional experience with socially vulnerable populations
- Knowledge of the social-medical sector
- SI-SIAO tools and Excel knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Benevolent listening, discretion, and rigour
- Mastery of a second language
