We are seeking a Dental Practice Sell-Side Advisor to manage a high-volume pipeline and consistently deliver signed contracts within the dental vertical. This role requires a sophisticated blend of financial literacy, local market credibility, and the ability to build deep trust with practitioners as they transition their life’s work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or equity sales
- Directly closed multi-million-dollar transactions ($1M+ deal size)
- Fluent in EBITDA-based valuations and financial normalization
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in US dental M&A deal structures
- Deep understanding of the "Buy-Box" criteria for major US groups like Heartland, Aspen, or Pacific Dental
- Ability to analyze clinical metrics and dental-specific benchmarks (e.g., payroll % to revenue, lab fee ratios)
- Proficiency in CRM management and digital tools to maintain pipeline discipline
