Requirements
- Attend to member’s physical and/or self-care needs
- Implement treatment goals, including acquisition skills and safety/crisis plans
- Collect and complete individualized data, including behavior tracking data and daily reports
- Adhere to all licensing requirements for the site/program/agency
- Transport members to locations in the community
- Follow agency purchasing and accounting procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance protocols for agency vehicles and residential site
- Follow medication protocols, including documentation and observation of self-administration
- Plan, shop for and prepare nutritious meals for clients
- Regularly observe members to ensure their safety and participation in program activities
- Complete daily reports, progress notes, incident reports and communication log
- Attend Children and Family Team (CFT) and/or Adult Recovery Team (ART) meetings
- Complete all training required by licensing and/or agency
