Requirements
- Provides direct family centered clinical services to members
- Care coordination to meet the needs of the member and employee productivity standards
- Prepares written diagnostic assessments
- Facilitates Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings
- Interpret and follow treatment plan from other providers
- Responds to crisis situations during the workday
- Documents case activities for both clinical and billing purposes
- Works with Clinical Supervisor to increase effectiveness of therapeutic intervention
