Requirements

• Provides direct family centered clinical services to members
• Care coordination to meet the needs of the member and employee productivity standards
• Prepares written diagnostic assessments
• Facilitates Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings
• Interpret and follow treatment plan from other providers
• Responds to crisis situations during the workday
• Documents case activities for both clinical and billing purposes
• Works with Clinical Supervisor to increase effectiveness of therapeutic intervention
