Requirements
- Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 4 years of direct member care experience in Behavioral Health
- Own, reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided
- 18 years of age
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR, First Aid & AED certification (if required)
- Valid Driver's License, 39-month Motor Vehicle Report, proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance (if required)
- Negative TB test result (if required)
