Job Description
Intermountain Electronics (IE) is seeking a Final Assembly Supervisor to oversee the daily supervision of the Final Assembly Production Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and leading employees to maximize technical skills and advance career growth, while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Skill in coaching and applying supervisory techniques
- Skill in both verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques
- Ability to work well with others across all levels of the company
- Knowledge of the tools, components, and materials common to the manufacture of electrical distribution equipment
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and regulations
- Knowledge of electrical applications for high voltage electrical systems
- Skill in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of electrical distribution equipment and controls
- Skill in estimating time and material requirements of assigned work projects
