We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Trainer to drive excellence across our evolving automated environments, delivering high-impact electrical and mechanical training and mentoring engineering teams to ensure they are future-ready.
Requirements
- Qualified Engineer with a minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification or a relevant degree
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical or mechanical environments
- Proven track record of designing and delivering technical training
- Strong working knowledge of automation hardware, including Siemens PLCs, TGW conveyor systems, and bespoke OSP platforms
- Digital Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
