Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician role at Ocado Group, supporting pre-planned and reactive maintenance in a state-of-the-art automated fulfilment centre. Requires a formal engineering qualification, technical understanding, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• carry out maintenance on production equipment in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolve issues and action repairs where possible
• update engineering records, including all work carried out, as well as supporting the identification of root cause of failures
• ensure the Computerised Maintenance Management System is updated with accurate data to meet Engineering KPIs
• collaborate with the Engineering team to analyse engineering failures and find solutions to improve Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) performance
