Job Description
Assist in project coordination between farmers, extension and BioSSA researchers with the assigned cluster, and collect plant and soil data from established trials.
Requirements
- Diploma in Agriculture with specialization on crops research and management
- Relevant work experience in agricultural research of at least 3 years
- Good understanding of the maize and beans cropping system in Tanzania
- Ability to work with and maintain a good relationship with farmers
- Good Knowledge of farming systems in Siha District
- Be a good team player and highly self-motivated
