International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an Audience Insights Manager to join their Global Marketing team. The role will involve analyzing and deepening audience understanding, translating insights into actionable plans, and influencing strategies to accelerate growth and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, donor insights, marketing strategy, or audience research;
- Strong ability to connect data to business strategy;
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, and performance reporting;
- Skilled at influencing without formal authority;
- Passionate about using insights to fuel mission-driven growth;
- Ability to connect audience understanding (data, research, trends) to broader growth strategies.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing data sets (survey-based data, behavioral/performance dashboards) and extracting clear, actionable insights.
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into compelling, decision-ready narratives for cross-functional and senior leaders;
- Experiencing designing pre and in-market testing with agile tools and research partners.
