Job Description
Director, Workday ERP and Financial Systems responsible for leading technical side of IJM's finance systems initiatives, including Workday, Adaptive Planning, QuickBooks, M-files, SmartSheet, and other relevant systems. The role will lead the design and implementation of these systems working closely with functional SMEs and HR and IT technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, FIN, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years' professional work experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of Finance systems experience, including new module implementation, project management, issue management, communication, and change management
- 3+ years' Workday Financials configuration and requirements gathering experience
- Workday Pro Certified or willingness to obtain certification
