Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for managing the operations and resources of the Audit Unit, planning and conducting internal audits, and providing assurance on the organization's governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive experience in audit management, leadership, and direction
- International experience
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and techniques, risk evaluation, and governance frameworks
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Fluency in one of the ILO's official languages (English, French, or Spanish)
